Initiate Your Request

Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories provided.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label sent to your email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team verifies the device's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
